Nancy Fairbank is a Strategic Projects Lead at Mercor, an AI-powered hiring company in San Francisco.
In this role, Nancy sources, hires, and manages domain expert contractors who work on human data projects for top AI labs and application-layer AI companies. Prior to joining Mercor, Nancy clerked on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and was a litigator at Selendy & Gay in NYC. She is a Marshall Scholar alumna and a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D.), the University of Oxford (MSc), the University of Birmingham (MSc), and the University of Texas at Dallas (BA).
